Class Description: This class, an accessible adaptation of the Yoga4Health Yoga on prescription programme supports anyone in the community who would find it helpful, as well as NHS patients, to gain self-care skills by learning yoga breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques. No prior experience is needed, and the gentle stretching and strengthening yoga postures can be done in a chair or on a yoga mat.
