We believe that mindful movement classes should welcome and celebrate everyone. We want to create spaces where people of all ages, genders, sexualities, race and ethnicities, body sizes and shapes, dis/abilities are recognised and held.
We know we will make mistakes but are committed to learning and growth.
The Brighton Yoga Foundation hosted a panel discussion in July 2020 as part of its online yoga festival to discuss the Black Lives Matter campaign and its significance in highlighting the lack of diversity in the yoga community.
