We will be running free qigong sessions in 3 parks in Brighton as we join millions of people across 80 nations in a global wave of energy and wellness.

Why Qigong?

Qigong is an exercise orginating in China that blends movement, mindfulness and deep slow breathing that proven to improve wellbeing. Science shows that regular practice can:
