Tammy is an experienced yoga teacher and yoga therapist.
She has been exploring yoga, Buddhism, spirituality, and alternative therapies for over 20 years. After leaving office life to travel, she immersed herself in meditation retreats, Ayurvedic massage, and yoga teacher training. In 2018 Tammy trained with the Vajrasati school, a 2 year intensive training exploring the beauty of the yoga path. Through her own practice and teaching her passion grew to share yoga for its therapeutic benefits and in 2025 she completed a 2 year yoga therapy course. In her classes, she weaves postures, philosophy, meditation, and sound in a way that is kind, mindful, grounded, and playful.
Tammy has taught in a wide range of communities—from drop-in classes, restorative workshops and retreats, mental health recovery groups, schools, and local charities. She also works for BNHF and is passionate about making yoga accessible to all and sharing its benefits in every setting.
Charlie teaches the gentle yoga online for BNHF.
Charlie’s yoga and Pilates journey began over 20 years ago in dance training. Both practices helped her stay flexible, strong, injury-free, and calm. Her love for yoga grew from here and she became inspired to pass this feeling onto others through teaching.
Charlie began her yoga training in 2010 (350hrs with Frog Lotus Yoga in both Italy and India) and is also qualified and has led classes in Pre-natal yoga.
Charlie is a big fan of Mother Nature and a lot of her yoga teachings are inspired and have a connection to the natural world.

Helen has been practising yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2008. She offers practices as a collaboration, not a one size fits all or a therapist knows best situation. What is comfortable, challenging or restful for someone is unique to them. Helen invites people to uncover ways they can bring a greater sense of ease and steadiness to their movement, breath and thought.
Her work is done with kindness, humility and at its heart, a deep sense of welcome.
Her teaching blends the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness lived and therapy trainings, nature, neuroscience and from being another human just doing her best.
Lisa has been practicing yoga for over twenty five years and has been teaching since 2017. She studied with the Vajrasati school in Brighton, where she assisted the teacher training for a period of four years. Her studies continued, with Restorative, Nidrā, Vedic chanting and Kirtanā, with Breath work and Sound healing being most current.
She understands yoga as an opportunity to explore the inner terrain through movement and stillness to disorganise tension through the body and restore calm and balance to the mind. Her classes emphasise breath practices, designed to stimulate and settle the nervous system accordingly. Encouraging a free flow of energy that cultivates a grounded sense of tranquility
